In 2008, HIT Corporation provides solution for a more efficient and effective Employee Attendance system in UOB. By using Fingerprint Identification, UOB has been able to increase their services to Bank Relation even better.

 

  • Challenge

With branches located in all over the country, UOB needs to centralize all the Employee Attendance system into one Database at UOB Head Office. And for Employee Transfer from one branch to another, employee does not have to re-register their fingerprints. Administrator in the Head Office will be able to transfer their fingerprint templates through software.
Centralize Transactional Database based on Data Retrieval schedule.

  • Solution

HIT Corporation provides SQL Server System at UOB’s Head Office, and SQL Clients at every UOB’s Branches. HIT Corporation’s Time Attendance Software will be able to retrieve the entire transaction log from employee attendance based on schedule at the Head Office’s Database.
And for the employee’s fingerprint template transfer from one branch to another, administrator will be able to do it directly from the Head Office.
With this solution, UOB will be able to easily manage their Employee Attendance and Performance more efficiently and effectively.
